EventBridge
Parny | EventBridge Integration Guide
Parny supports direct integration with EventBridge alerts. EventBridge is a network and system monitoring tool that can create alarms to detect and prevent potential problems. This documentation explains how to redirect alarms created in EventBridge to a webhook using Parny.
Parny Settings
Go to the Parny interface.
Navigate to the "Services" section of your organization.
Click on the "New Services" option in the upper right corner.
Enter the relevant service name.
Service Name Usage: The service name here is independent of the structure and can be chosen according to the preferences of the organization.
Select EventBridge from the list of integrations.
Click "Add".
After the service is created, the following screen will appear.

You can now click on the token section of your service and copy your EventBridge Webhook URL.
EventBridge Configuration
In this section, we will guide you through "Adding Webhook", "Creating a Connection" and "Adding a Rule".
Step 1: Adding Webhook
In order to add a Webhook on EventBridge, type "event bridge" in the "Search" section of the AWS Console, go to "API destinations" under "Integration" in the EventBridge menu on the left.

Here we need to create a new api destination by clicking the "Create API destination" button. Here, "POST" is given to method part and Parny Eventbridge API URL is given to "API Destination endpoint". In order to complete the process, we need to create a "Connection" or choose an existing connection.

Step 2: Creating a Connection
Select API key as the authentication type.
The service token can be entered in the "API key" Value section, but since the service token will be sent in the url, this token will work even if something is written instead of a real token.

In the URL parameter, you must give the Parny EventBridge Webhook API URL, which is included in the Parny settings step and contains your service token that you have received on the Parny portal.
Example:
https://eventbridge.parny.io/alert/{YOUR_SERVICE_TOKEN}
After these steps, you should create your API destination by clicking "create".
Step 3: Adding a Rule
You need to create a rule after completing the steps above.
In the Amazon EventBridge menu, the rules section under the "Events" heading should be clicked.
We can start creating a new "rule" by clicking the "Create rule" button on the page that appears.

After entering the name value, you can navigate to the event pattern section by clicking next. Here, by selecting "Custom patterns", the payload is entered into the JSON editor, and by clicking "next", we can continue with the next step.

Your payload should be like this:
At this stage, the target is determined. To use the "API destination" we created, "EventBridge API destination" is selected in the "Target type" section.
In the API destination section, select the "API destination" name to pass to the optional stage, after skipping this stage, check all of the information and finish the last stage to create your rule.
With these settings, you can create a webhook on the EventBridge and your EventBridge alarms will be forwarded to Parny, allowing you to manage them alongside your other alerts within your organization's Parny interface.
