Parny | Resmo Integration Guide

Parny supports direct integration with Resmo alerts. Resmo is a network and system monitoring tool that can create alarms to detect and prevent potential problems. This documentation explains how to redirect alarms created in Resmo to a webhook using Parny.


Parny Settings


  1. Go to the Parny interface.

  2. Navigate to the "Services" section of your organization.

  3. Click on the "New Services" option in the upper right corner.

  4. Enter the relevant service name.

Service Name Usage: The service name here is independent of the structure and can be chosen according to the preferences of the organization.


  1. Select Resmo from the list of integrations.

  2. Click "Add".

  3. After the service is created, the following screen will appear.

  • You can now click on the token section of your service and copy your Resmo Webhook URL.


Resmo Configuration


In this section, we will guide you through "Creating Notification Channel" and "Creating Notification Rule".


Step 1: Creating Notification Channel


  1. As seen in the below screen shot, the notification channel creation screen can be accessed through the "Add Notification Channels" button located in the "Notification Channels" tab of the "Integrations" page on Resmo.

  1. The "Notification Channel" you are creating should be a Webhook. The "URL" parameter should be filled with the address of the Parny Resmo API obtained from the Parny portal.

Step 2: Creating Notification Rule


  1. After creating the notification channel, you can create a notification rule using the "Add Notification Rule" button on the "Notification Rules" page within the same panel. This way, you can redirect your Resmo alarms to the created notification channel.

  1. After editing the configurations on the notification rule creation screen according to your integration, you can select the Parny notification channel you created in the "Notification Channels" section.

With these settings, your Resmo alarms will be forwarded to Parny, allowing you to manage them alongside your other alerts within your organization's Parny interface.
