This Privacy Policy explains how Parny Teknoloji Yonetim AS ("Parny", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Parny platform and related services (the "Service"). 1. Information We Collect

Account and contact data: name, business email, company name, role, and similar details you provide when registering or contacting us.

Billing data: processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle (see Section 4). We do not store full card numbers.

Usage data: information about how you interact with the Service, such as log data, device and browser information, IP address, and feature usage, collected to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Customer-connected data: operational data you connect to the Service (such as monitoring signals, alerts, logs, and infrastructure metadata) to receive the Service's functionality. This data may contain personal data of your personnel; we process it on your behalf as described in Section 7.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; authenticate users and secure accounts; process subscriptions and communicate about your account; provide customer support; analyze and improve the Service; comply with legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Legal Bases

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract (to provide the Service); legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service); compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required (for example, certain cookies). Where Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) applies, we process data on the corresponding lawful grounds set out in that law.

4. Sharing and Service Providers (Sub-processors)

We share personal data with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, including: Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record, which processes payment and buyer information as an independent controller for billing, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; analytics and product-monitoring providers; and customer-support tools. We require these providers to safeguard personal data and use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not sell personal data.

5. International Data Transfers

We may transfer and process personal data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to protect transferred data.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Customer-Connected Data (Processor Role)

For operational data you connect to the Service, you act as the data controller and Parny acts as a data processor, processing such data only on your documented instructions to provide the Service. Where required, this relationship is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement available on request.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data; to object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@parny.io. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or any cookie controls we provide. Some cookies are necessary for the Service to function.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
