Inviting Team Members

Step 1: Head to Settings > Manage Your Organization 

Step 2: Click “+ New Member” and enter their email 

Step 3: Assign them to role 

Assign each user a role based on their responsibility: 

Admin: Full access to all features and settings 

User: Can acknowledge and resolve incidents 

Stakeholder: Can get invoice.
