Parny SLA

Parny allows organizations to configure SLA rules for incidents globally, and teams to manage their own SLA settings for alerts.

Setting Organization SLA Setting

Step 1: Click the Organization Settings button at the bottom-left corner, then select “Manage Your Organization” from the pop-up menu. 

Step 2: Once you open organization management menu, from the top bar, go to the “Setting tab. 

Step 3: You can set Incident SLA limits as you prefer.


Setting Team SLA Setting

Step 1: Navigate to Team from the left sidebar. 

Step 2: Alerts SLA Limit section and click the * option to set SLA for the team.

Step 3: Set New SLA limit and Update.


Not: The SLA limit here applies only to alerts assigned to this team.
