Migrating from OpsGenie
Atlassian is sunsetting OpsGenie, with sales ending in 2025 and full support gone by 2027. While Jira Service Management and Compass are suggested alternatives, neither fully replaces OpsGenie’s incident response features. One-Click Migration
Step 1: Click the Organization Settings button at the bottom-left corner, then select “Manage Your Organization” from the pop-up menu.
Step 2: Once you open organization management menu, from the top bar, go to the “OpsGenie Migration” tab.
Step 3: Click the “New API Key” button at the top-left corner.
Step 4: Paste the API key you took from OpsGenie and click “Register”.
Step 5: Once your key is registered, you’ll see four migration options: Users, Teams, Integrations, On-Call Schedules.
Step 6: Click the one you desire to migrate — no complex setup needed, just one click per section.
