Parny | Grafana Integration Guide
Parny supports direct integration with Grafana alerts. Grafana is a network and system monitoring tool that can create alarms to detect and prevent potential problems. This documentation explains how to redirect alarms created in Grafana to a webhook using Parny.
Parny Settings
Go to the Parny interface.
Navigate to the "Services" section of your organization.
Click on the "New Services" option in the upper right corner.
Enter the relevant service name.
Service Name Usage: The service name here is independent of the structure and can be chosen according to the preferences of the organization.
Select Grafana from the list of integrations.
Click "Add".
After the service is created, the following screen will appear.

You can now click on the token section of your service and copy your Grafana Webhook URL.
Grafana Configuration
In this section, we will guide you through "Adding Alert Notification" and "Redirecting Alarms".
Step 1: Adding Alert Notification
To add an alert notification, go to "Contact Points" in the alert section from the left menu.

Then the address is added by selecting the "New Contact Point" option. Here, the Webhook section should be selected and the webhook address of the service that we copied from the Parny portal and prepared for Grafana is pasted.

Now your Parny Webhook is ready for alerts. You can set alerts to redirect here using the following payload:
Step 2: Redirecting Alarms
First, the alert rule is created by clicking the "New Alert Rules" button in the "Alert Rules" tab. Alert details should be like this:

Then, in order to receive some data such as Service and Severity, additions are made to the "Labels" section.

Label Usage: More than one label can be used here. However, Parny processes the labels in the image. These labels are created as custom and come to the timeline in the form of data added by the person who prepared the alert. The purpose here is to group your alerts more conveniently and to determine your priority order for multiple alerts.
With these settings, your Grafana alarms will be forwarded to Parny, allowing you to manage them alongside your other alerts within your organization's Parny interface.
