This Refund Policy applies to purchases of subscriptions to the Parny platform (the "Service"), operated by Parny Teknoloji Yonetim AS ("Parny", "we", "us", or "our").
Refund Window
We offer a full refund on any purchase that you request within 30 (thirty) days of the transaction date.
How Refunds Are Processed
Our orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which manages payments, taxes, and refunds. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method in accordance with the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your order confirmation email, visit paddle.net, or contact us at support@parny.io.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction.
