Sentry
Parny | Sentry Integration Guide
Parny supports direct integration with Sentry alerts. Sentry is a network and system monitoring tool that can create alarms to detect and prevent potential problems. This documentation explains how to redirect alarms created in Sentry to a webhook using Parny.
Parny Settings
Go to the Parny interface.
Navigate to the "Services" section of your organization.
Click on the "New Services" option in the upper right corner.
Enter the relevant service name.
Service Name Usage: The service name here is independent of the structure and can be chosen according to the preferences of the organization.
Select Sentry from the list of integrations.
Click "Add".
After the service is created, the following screen will appear.

You can now click on the token section of your service and copy your Sentry Webhook URL.
Sentry Settings
This section discusses an "Activating Sentry Integration (Webhook)" and "Redirecting Alarms".
Step 1: Activating Sentry Integration (Webhook)
To activate the Webhook integration, you must go to the "Alert Settings" page from the "Alerts" tab below. If webhook integrations are already active in your account, it will be sufficient to add the Sentry API link you received from the Parny portal as shown in the following steps.

Then, Webhooks should be selected from the "Inactive Integrations" listed here.

You should add the Sentry API link you received from the Parny portal to the "Callback URLs" list as shown below.

To test your Parny integration, you can send a test alert with the "Test Plugin" button 1 shown above. Incoming test alerts will be displayed in your relevant organization on Parny Portal as follows.

Step 2: Redirecting Alarms
Here, a sample alarm definition will be made by Parny to receive alarms.
After the Webhook integration is activated, you can define an alert rule for any of your existing projects. You can do this via the Create Alert button from the Alerts tab as seen below.

After selecting the desired alert, you can click on the "Set Conditions" button.

After you have determined your conditions for the alarm on the "Set Conditions" page, you can select the action to send an alert over the integration as shown below.

Then you can save your alert rule by selecting the Webhook integration that we activated in the first step as seen below.

With these settings, your Sentry alarms will be forwarded to Parny, allowing you to manage them alongside your other alerts within your organization's Parny interface.
