Parny | Site24x7 Integration Guide

Parny supports direct integration with Site24x7 alerts. Site24x7 is a network and system monitoring tool that can create alarms to detect and prevent potential problems. This documentation explains how to redirect alarms created in Site24x7 to a webhook using Parny.


Parny Settings


  1. Go to the Parny interface.

  2. Navigate to the "Services" section of your organization.

  3. Click on the "New Services" option in the upper right corner.

  4. Enter the relevant service name.

Service Name Usage: The service name here is independent of the structure and can be chosen according to the preferences of the organization.


  1. Select Site24x7 from the list of integrations.

  2. Click "Add".

  3. After the service is created, the following screen will appear.



  • You can now click on the token section of your service and copy your Site24x7 Webhook URL.


Site24x7 Configuration

This section discusses an "Adding Alert Notification" and "Redirecting Alarms".


Step 1: Adding Alert Notification


  1. To add a 3rd party alarm integration, you can access the Webhook integration creation page by clicking the buttons you see below in order from the left menu.

  1. Then follow the steps you see below to determine the name you want to give to your integration, add the Site24x7 API URL you got from Parny Portal as in step 2, save your integration in JSON format (4) with the POST method (3).

  • Now your Parny Webhook is ready for alerts. You can set alerts to redirect here using the following payload:


Step 2: Redirecting Alarms


Here, a sample alarm definition will be made by Parny to receive alarms.


  1. You can create a Monitor as shown below by going to the "Alarms" page from the left menu.

  1. Then, you can direct your alarms by selecting the Webhook integration we have created as "Third-Party Integrations" from the Monitor configuration you have created or already have, as seen below.


With these settings, your Site24x7 alarms will be forwarded to Parny, allowing you to manage them alongside your other alerts within your organization's Parny interface.
