Manage Engine
Parny | Manage Engine Integration Guide
Parny supports direct integration with Manage Engine alerts. Manage Engine is a network and system monitoring tool that can create alarms to detect and prevent potential problems. This documentation explains how to redirect alarms created in Manage Engine to a webhook using Parny.
Parny Settings
Go to the Parny interface.
Navigate to the "Services" section of your organization.
Click on the "New Services" option in the upper right corner.
Enter the relevant service name.
Service Name Usage: The service name here is independent of the structure and can be chosen according to the preferences of the organization.
Select Manage Engine from the list of integrations.
Click "Add".
After the service is created, the following screen will appear.

You can now click on the token section of your service and copy your Manage Engine Webhook URL.
Manage Engine Configuration
In this section, we will guide you through "Adding Alert Notification".
Adding Alert Notifications
To add an alert notification, go to the "Webhook / Rest API Action" section in the "Actions" section from the Main Menu.

Then, just like the image below, "Form Submission Method" should be selected as POST request, "Payload Type" should be selected as JSON and the webhook address of the service that we copied from the Parny panel is pasted here.

Now our Parny Webhook is ready for alerts. We can set alerts to redirect here.

With these settings, your Manage Engine alarms will be forwarded to Parny, allowing you to manage them alongside your other alerts within your organization's Parny interface like the image above.
