New Relic v2
Parny | New Relic v2 Integration Guide
Parny supports direct integration with New Relic v2 alerts. New Relic v2 is a network and system monitoring tool that can create alarms to detect and prevent potential problems. This documentation explains how to redirect alarms created in New Relic v2 to a webhook using Parny.
Parny Settings
Go to the Parny interface.
Navigate to the "Services" section of your organization.
Click on the "New Services" option in the upper right corner.
Enter the relevant service name.
Service Name Usage: The service name here is independent of the structure and can be chosen according to the preferences of the organization.
Select New Relic v2 from the list of integrations.
Click "Add".
After the service is created, the following screen will appear.

You can now click on the token section of your service and copy your New Relic v2 Webhook URL.
New Relic Configuration
In this section, we will guide you through "Adding Destination" and "Alert Conditions".
Step 1: Adding Destination
First, as can be seen in the screenshot belove, the relevant pages can be accessed from the "Destinations" button on the "Alerts & AI" tab on the New Relic Homepage.

The “Destination” you will create must be a Webhook. You can write the name you want to appear in the New Relic interface for the "destination" you define in the "Webhook name" parameter.

In the "Endpoint URL" parameter, you should write the alert endpoint of the Parny New Relic Webhook API that you have received from the Parny Portal. After you define your “Destination”, you can select the target you have created for the New Relic alarm you want.

Step 2: Alert Conditions
Select the "Alert conditions (Policies)" to be followed and go to the "Notification Settings" section. Click on the "Create Workflow" button here.

From the window that opens, click on the part that says "Webhook".

Then click the "Add a Destination" button.

From here, the URL containing the token of the NewRelicV2 integration is copied over the Parny Portal and added as in the image. Then click the "Save Destinition" button.

Finally, the payload part is left as default. Parny NewRelicV2 integration has been prepared to parse the payload part here.

With these settings, your New Relic v2 alarms will be forwarded to Parny, allowing you to manage them alongside your other alerts within your organization's Parny interface.
